Job Summary
The
responsibilities for the Youth Programs Lead Attendant position is to create an
atmosphere that brings the guest back time and time again. Also, to maintain
the excellence for the indoor as well as the outdoor facilities and lead other
attendants in tasks.
Responsibilities
General:
- Present a positive,
respectful, and professional image to our guests, each other, and other
employees.
- Assist checking students in
and out of the facility in time of need ensuring customers complete
appropriate paper work.
- Set up and maintain the
indoor area of the Youth Programs Facility.
- Assist in student rental
process
- Assist instructors with
lessons.
- Complete the necessary
paper work and other requirements of employment in a timely and accurate
manner.
Specific:
- Delegate tasks to other
attendants established by the Supervisory Staff.
- Full responsibility of
proper upkeep and cleanliness of the Youth Programs registration, lunch,
rental, kitchen, game closet and outside areas.
- Full responsibility of
lunch preparation, serving, and clean up.
- Supervise and entertain
children by way of programming arts and crafts, games, or other
activities.
Other:
- Perform additional tasks as
requested by the General Manager and other Director Team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated Customer
Service abilities.
- Possess intimate knowledge
of all Youth and Adult Ski and Snowboard School programs, lessons,
promotions, policies and procedures.
- Effective communication
skills with staff, adults, and children.
- Works independently.
- Demonstrated experience
working in a team situation.
- Experience working with
children.
